Appointment availability is controlled by relevant government authorities, embassies, consulates, and authorized scheduling platforms.

Any appointment timeframe or estimate communicated by US Visa Desk is an estimate based on circumstances and availability observed at the relevant time.

Availability may change without notice.

9. Appointment Assistance Services

Customers must comply with applicable appointment platform rules, including any limits on cancellations or rescheduling.

11. Expedited or Emergency Appointment Requests

Where applicable, US Visa Desk may provide general administrative assistance relating to an expedited or emergency appointment request.

The relevant government authority determines eligibility and approval.

Customers must provide complete, accurate, truthful, and current information.

Customers are responsible for promptly informing US Visa Desk about relevant changes in:

Customers are responsible for reviewing application information, forms, summaries, and documents prepared with our assistance before submission where such review is reasonably available.

The customer must promptly inform US Visa Desk if they identify an error or missing information.

Customer confirmation or approval of information may be treated as confirmation that the customer has reviewed it for accuracy.

14. Customer Authorization

By providing information and purchasing a relevant service, the customer authorizes US Visa Desk to process the information as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.

Where requested and permitted, this may include assistance with:

  • Preparing application information;
  • Organizing customer-provided data;
  • Accessing relevant appointment systems with customer authorization;
  • Assisting with appointment scheduling;
  • Communicating service-related information;
  • Providing application and interview guidance.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any access they authorize is permitted under the applicable platform rules.

Customers should not provide credentials unrelated to the service being purchased.

Work may begin after:

  • Payment has been received or authorized;
  • Required customer information has been received;
  • Required documents have been provided;
  • Any necessary customer authorization has been obtained.

For refund purposes, substantive work may include reviewing information, preparing application materials, performing document review, beginning appointment assistance, preparing interview materials, or providing another substantial part of the purchased service.

US Visa Desk is not responsible for delays caused by a customer’s failure to:

  • Provide required information;
  • Submit requested documents;
  • Respond to communications;
  • Review prepared information;
  • Pay required government or third-party fees;

Where a customer pays in a currency different from the billing or settlement currency, the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply:

  • Currency conversion rates;
  • International transaction fees;
  • Processing charges;
  • Other financial institution fees.

US Visa Desk is not responsible for charges independently imposed by a customer’s bank or payment provider.

23. Cancellation Requests

Customers may request cancellation by contacting:

Email: usvisadesk1@gmail.com

A cancellation request does not automatically create a right to a full refund.

Refund eligibility depends on factors including:

  • Whether work has started;
  • The amount of work completed;
  • Services already delivered;
  • Costs already incurred;
  • The applicable Refund Policy;
  • Mandatory rights under applicable law.

24. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the US Visa Desk Refund Policy.

Customers should review the Refund Policy before purchasing services.

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be returned through the original payment method where technically possible.

The time required for a refund to appear may depend on the customer’s bank, card issuer, payment processor, or financial institution.

25. Government Decisions and Refunds

A visa refusal, travel authorization refusal, administrative processing decision, request for additional documents, or refusal of entry does not automatically create a right to a refund for services already performed.

US Visa Desk charges for assistance services and does not sell or guarantee government approval.

Government decisions are outside the control of US Visa Desk.

26. Duplicate Payments and Billing Errors

Verified duplicate payments may be refunded after review.

Customers who believe that a billing error has occurred should contact:

usvisadesk1@gmail.com

Customers should provide sufficient transaction information to allow the payment to be identified.

Customers should never send complete payment card numbers by email.

27. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact US Visa Desk if they have a billing or service concern.

Nothing in these Terms removes any chargeback or payment dispute rights available under applicable law or payment network rules.

  • Transaction records;
  • Service records;
  • Customer communications;
  • Customer authorization;
  • Evidence of work performed;

  • Failure to follow official instructions;
  • Travel delays;
  • Personal circumstances.

Any rescheduling assistance after a missed appointment may be subject to service availability and applicable appointment system rules.

29. Appointment Cancellation by Authorities

Embassies, consulates, government authorities, or authorized scheduling providers may cancel, postpone, or reschedule appointments.

US Visa Desk is not responsible for cancellations or schedule changes made by government authorities or independent third-party systems.

Where appropriate and included in the purchased service, we may provide reasonable assistance regarding available next steps.

30. Government Processing Delays

Government processing times may vary because of factors including:

  • Other issues within the scope of the purchased service.

Document review does not guarantee that a government authority will consider an application complete or approve it.

33. Fraud, Misrepresentation, and Unlawful Activity

US Visa Desk may refuse, suspend, or terminate service where there is a reasonable basis to believe that a customer is:

  • Providing fraudulent documents;
  • Providing knowingly false information;

36. Privacy and Data Protection

US Visa Desk processes personal information according to its Privacy Policy.

Depending on the service requested, information may include personal, passport, travel, employment, education, family, and application-related information.

Customers should review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.

Where a customer requests assistance involving a government or authorized appointment system, information may need to be processed through that system as necessary for the requested service.

37. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original US Visa Desk materials, including branding, written content, guides, graphics, website materials, and proprietary service resources, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Customers may not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit proprietary US Visa Desk materials without authorization.

Government forms, government materials, official logos, trademarks, and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

38. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, US Visa Desk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the use of its services.
